Juzer Madarwala (Managing Director)
A true Mumbaikar in every sense of the word, Juzer has dedicated almost 3 decades to the EPC and TFM business.
What started as a leap of faith, back in 1996, Elixir Engineering and it’s brand Vaccifire today, are leaders of the industry thanks to Juzer’s tireless efforts. His new goal to make a fire safe society, saw him start a pure fire service brand in 2016: Vaccifire. Along with commanding the ship at Elixir, he is also an actively involved with the Mumbai Fire Brigade and holds important positions in organisations like MSWA and FSAI.
Ummesalma Madarwala (Managing Director)
Along with a “Level 2″Award in Principles of Fire Safety from the prestigious “British Safety Council”, Ummesalama has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and an equivalent degree in Arabic Studies.
As the executive Director, she has been the driving force behind Vaccifire’s success. She takes immense pride in knowing that today Vaccifire commands a faithful and dedicated customer base due to its adherence to the principle of not just “Customer First” but “Customer Safety First”. She is a stickler for Quality of Customer Service and ensures that the entire team is attuned to deliver “Customer Delight”. She is also actively involved in numerous community activities.
Salim Parande (GM Operations)
Salim’s journey at Elixir Engineering spans nearly two decades, marked by unwavering dedication and exemplary service.
After starting out as a Service Engineer, his trajectory has evolved into a leadership role overseeing two pivotal branches: VAM Services and TMS, with responsibility for a workforce exceeding 150 employees. Among one of his core beliefs is the commitment to achieve ZERO DOWNTIME, recognizing its unquestionable importance in the service industry. Beyond ensuring operational excellence, Salim prioritizes continuous team development, fostering motivation and skill enhancement. His leadership prowess has garnered multiple accolades, including recognition as Best Engineer and Best Manager, affirming his indispensable role in driving the company’s growth and commitment to excellence.
Syed Ismail Quadri (Business Head - IBMS & FFS)
Hailing from Gulbarga, Karnataka, Syed joined Elixir in 2024 on the back of 21 years of experience in the IBMS industry
His current role encompasses comprehensive services management, team coordination, and project oversight, ensuring the seamless delivery of fire safety solutions to clients. Syed’s dedication to excellence and customer-centric approach fosters strong client relationships and drives business growth. A true team player, he thrives on collaborative endeavors and is deeply committed to exceeding client expectations.
Avadhoot Berde (DGM Sales)
Avadhoot Berde, a dynamic leader serving as DGM Sales, joined Elixir in 2021, bringing extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management.
His key responsibilities include devising sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Avadhoot’s proactive approach, coupled with his market insights, drives revenue growth and business expansion. Outside of work, he unwinds by following cricket matches and staying updated with current affairs, reflecting his diverse interests and commitment to continuous learning.
Md Shahnawaz (Sr. Manager - Projects)
Md Shahnawaz, a seasoned Sr. Manager from Katihar, Bihar, joined Elixir in 2015, bringing with him a wealth of experience in project management.
His primary duties involve overseeing project execution, coordinating internal and external teams, and resolving project-related issues promptly. Shahnawaz’s adeptness in handling complex project intricacies ensures smooth operations and complete client satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys unwinding by playing cricket, striking a fine balance between work and leisure.
Binay Thakur (Manager Accounts)
Binay Thakur, the meticulous Manager Accounts has been instrumental in maintaining financial stability at Elixir since 2022.
His core responsibilities include overseeing accounts maintenance and efficient fund management, ensuring compliance and financial transparency. Binay’s keen attention to detail and strategic financial planning contribute significantly to the company’s growth trajectory. Outside of his professional endeavors, he finds solace in reading and exploring new horizons, reflecting his intellectual curiosity and passion for lifelong learning.
Sanjay Pal (Purchase Manager)
An integral part of Elixir Engineering Pvt Ltd since 2015, Sanjay is a dedicated Purchase manager.
He shoulders the responsibilities of Purchase, Planning, and Vendor Development with precision and dedication, ensuring streamlined procurement processes. Sanjay’s strategic approach and effective vendor management contribute significantly to cost efficiency and timely project completion. Beyond his professional commitments, he finds solace in his passion for singing and cricket.
