Sales and Marketing Manager – Technical Facility Management (TFM)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in Technical Facility Management (TFM) to lead our efforts in expanding our client base across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. This role will focus on business development, relationship management, and strategic marketing to promote our TFM solutions and achieve revenue growth in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for TFM services, focusing on corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets within Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Marketing & Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns tailored for each region and client segment.
- Drive brand awareness through multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, and client presentations.
- Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client TFM needs and providing solutions that align with their requirements.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Present insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management to refine market positioning and optimize product offerings.
- Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and services.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering an environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in Sales and Marketing within Technical Facility Management or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of TFM services, such as MEP, HVAC, energy management, and building maintenance.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
